What is your return policy?

Wraps n’ Raps collaborates with small family businesses, artisans and manufacturers who uphold our high standard of quality.

Due to health and safety protocols, no returns or exchanges are allowed. If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing error, it will be reviewed for a store credit or replacement.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund?

The expense for shipping an item for review is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
